My knee was hurting pretty bad so I went to the hotel gym, ellipticalled for 30 minutes, lifted weights for 30 minutes then went for a 2 mile run/walk on the beach. It's too hot and humid here to enjoy running, I'm ready to come home where at least it's cool in the mornings.

If you ever have to choose between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami South beach, pick South beach, the running is better.

And if you ever have to choose between Pie Heaven and Regular Heaven, pick Pie Heaven.

There has got to be an actual word for exercising on the elliptical! I'm all about pie heaven!!
