6 miles on the gym treadmill, now I'm at the Airport on my way to SanJose to my corporate offices for training.  Should be a good week, I get to meet all the people I work with but never actaully see.

I am so pissed off at Nike for taking the best running shoe ever and turning it into this

That I decided to follow allie's lead and went and got some Sketcher GoRuns.  I'll say right off I don't like them as much as the original free's, my feet feel kind of claustrophobic but I like the price and I'm willing to give them a shot.

the original frees were the best...and every new version gets worse. i don't know why they keep messing with them. brown high-tops. ?!

I have no idea what those things are, but I'm going to run a marathon in them someday.
