32 laps in the pool followed by 45 minutes of weights and stretching and 10 minutes on the elliptical just to waste time.  Gotta love taper week.

Weather is shaping up nicely for the weekend. When the 10 Day first was showing Saturday it said 85 for a high at the finish line, now it's down to 71.  Perfect!  85 would have done me in.

okay, I admit...I'm behind the times. I had to read back to see what you had in store this weekend and I'm impressed! I think you can hang with the big dogs and take it. You'll do awesome Rob!

I do have one other question, I noticed that you were tech expert galore to fix the network. Do you have a CCIE or have you ever taken the written or lab for them? My hubby just passed the written yesterday and he wants to do his first shot at the lab in 9 months. I don't think he knows anyone who has passed or taken the lab, so if you had I thought maybe you could school him a bit. Sorry...off running topic :)

I have only taken the written myself. I'm to scared to take the lab and so far haven't needed to for my job. Does your husband need a job?

No, he is a Sr Network Engineer with Oracle and just passed his written yesterday with a 979. He has always passed his tests with flying colors, but the first time fail rate for the lab is just horrendous! I'd like to think he'll beat the odds, but that is such a huge expense to shoulder for twice. On the wallet and the family time. I know he'd LOVE to do consulting like you do though (isn't that what you do?). But, we like our cushy group health insurance and benefits :) Well...I do. He is sick of work right now and needs a change though. Hence the CCIE push. He's already bought all the routers and set up his lab...it is just up for the time to study now. I don't think I'll be seeing him much this winter.
