I'm sure the treadmill appreciates someone who weighs much less than me not pounding it to death. I'm surprised it still works.

Allie, those aren't suppose to be doubles, It's basically one long run but 1/2 of it I stay in one place and the other 1/2 I go somewhere and then end up back in the same place.

Seems like a waste to go 12 miles and not go anywhere doesn't it?

oh, i see. i thought you were doing them as two separate runs. but yes, i do agree that 12 miles should at least take you somewhere :)
