All bike and no run makes Rob a slow boy!!

Blah!  Went OK at first, but at mile 11 my knee started hurting, my stomach started churning, and by 13 I was a wreck.  Cut the run short and then Ryan went and finished off his 20 miler without me.  I felt bad about bailing but only running once this week didn't work out so great.  The next month in San Francisco should get me back into running shape.

I am totally laughing about the SGM comment because I feel the exact same way. I don't know if I can ever get over the nightmares...
