I woke up this morning and decided to try running out thinking maybe I was just being a wimp.  Nope, I literally can not run, my left leg just wont even let me make a running motion.  I can walk, no uphill very good, and I can bike, but running is out of the question :(

22 mile loop around West Lehi and Saratoga Springs.  Took it easy just in case there is a long hard group ride of some sort tomorrow.

crap on a crust. This is kind of how my leg felt after the HOMM. I remember just starting at people running thinking how easy they made it look. I pushed through the pain and tried to run just one rec center lap fast...I couldn't even make my legs go fast! I was thinking too much about it. When you over-think running, it is time to stop :)

Glad you've got a nice fancy bike and good friends to ride with. Maybe someday I'll come on a lunch ride with you then do lunch with Craig afterward.

I keep trying to get Craig to buy a bike. Did he show you the bike I found for you?

Yes, he showed me all 3 models. The thing is I've been riding a bike that is sized wrong for me and I need a professional bike fit to see what I should get. This guy is going to do my fit then tell me which bikes would be best for me and fit within my budget with the best upgraded components for my money. I feel like I trust the guy and if I don't buy a bike through him I have to pay $250 for the fit! I'm going on Friday and it is up in Millcreek so I might make Craig go to lunch with me at Pie Five (since he raves about it so much!) and if you'd like to talk bikes and see what I decided you could tag along too :)

I hope he doesn't win the free pizza for life. I will get sick of Pizza.
