Long miserable run with Ryan and Jeff through Lehi, American Fork, Cedar Hills and Highland. We had cold, we had hills, and lots and lots and lots if wind. The only thing that made it better for me was knowing I wasn't quite as miserable as Ryan :)

Glad to get it done, and glad to have my longest Pre-marathon run in the bag.

If it was miserable for you, then you can only imagine how bad it was for Ryan and I. You are in good shape and it looked like you could have gone a lot faster and a lot longer. I hope you sprinted up that big hill at the end.

I sprint walked. Thanks for the run, sorry I picked a bad route. The wind was really the bad thing, I enjoyed the tailwind parts, but the blowing in the face and ears was aweful.

Seriously that wind was horrible! And given that the crosswinds weren't much better than the headwind I felt like I was fighting for 3/4 of my run this morning!! Good work on your longest run!!

Yeah, the wind was brutal in our neck of the woods. Glad to hear you got out with Ryan. Nice mileage this week!
