OK, I'll stop running on treadmills after this conference is over :)
10 miles slow, except the last one I ran in 6:12 and defeated the whole purpose of my first 9 recovery miles.
10 miles in 1:18:03 7:48 avg pace
Nike Free Run 4.0 Miles: 10.00
Treadmill 2013 Miles: 10.00

Good training lately Rob.
Don't completely abandon the treadmill. It's a useful tool that has its' place!

Thanks Rob,
I've been pretty happy with how things are going. I remember following this same schedule a few years ago when I thought I was in better shape and couldn't even walk most the day.
I don't think I'd give up the treadmill completely, I like the gym where I can roll out and hot tub after running.
