The Ol' 10 mile loop around Smiths on Murdock trail,  it really bothers me that I just can't physically make my legs move me faster but I should stop complaining and just be glad I'm running.

Today is the BigHorn 50, the race that destoryed me but somehow I was wishing I could be at the start line this morning.

I almost caught up to you this morning on the trail and then you suddenly turned off of it and went up by smiths. Good run though and nice miles this week.
