2 small loops and 1 big loop around Disneyland park this morning.  Tomorrow I will need to run out to the trail instead, the Disney loop seems to take forever.

My fast long run on Saturday seemed to beat me up a bit, my hip was complaining this morning.

Be careful with that hip! I think maybe the added mileage might be beating you up too!!

That's ridiculous, it's not like I ran 100 miles in a week or anything.

How's the baby?

Are you the Rob that has run in San Francisco on the trail in Golden Gate Recreational Area? RAD told me it was a Rob who was friends with Carina. So, I was thinking that was YOU.

I did do these things you speak of. Do you want pictures. Or GPX files?

We are going to run the trail half marathon there in July...just wondering where you stay, if you have a car, all that stuff. I think we should get a car, my husband does not. I do not know how else we will get over there since we are staying on the other side of the bridge---and i do not want to run over the bridge (if they even let you). That scares me, I can barely run over Bangerter Highway!

Running the Golden Gate bridge is one of the must do's in life. There is a sidewalk totally separate from the cars so it's completely safe. You would pretty much need to take a taxi from any hotel that I can think of unless you would want to run 5 - 6 miles to the Golden Gate park.

Terrifies me!!!! Do you go for work? Just trying to find somewhere to stay and can not pick which location is best if we do not have a car!

Definitely stay over by Fishermans Wharf. The hotels are probably cheaper than Downtown and it's much more relaxing. You can run along the shore all the way to Golden Gate park and never need to cross a road.

Take it easy OK!
