5:00 am.  Early work morning so I had to wake up early after another terrible night sleep. Ran the abridged Tour De Paris this morning, out around the Arc De Triumph, down to the river and back to the Louvre and back to the hotel.

7 miles in 46:12  6:36 avg pace.  It's very difficult to keep a pace under 7:00 running through the city, even at 5:00 in the morning.  Probably good for interval training though, stoping and starting at every intersection.

Paris? That's like in France right?

I heard there is a Paris in Texas, but I've never been to that one.

Yeah, I'm here for work, it's been pretty fun running around Paris but I think I'm ready to come home, although I hear Utah is kind of icky right now.
