5:00 am.  Still feeling my legs from yesterdays rolling hills simulation.  Wanted to take it easy today, but I tend to always get carried away.  Tomorrow I swim.

Didn't count that first 1 mile HR.  I wish I knew why my HR always shoots up when I start a run.  Is that a good or bad thing.

Going easy on the treadmill is so hard for me. I think it's cause I just want to get it over with and the faster I got the sooner I'm done. The only thing I can think about the heart rate is it's just taking a bit to get into the groove.
