5 1/2 miles before speed work class today, 2 miles during class.  Feeling much better this week, I can actually walk.  May try and get in another 5 at lunch.

Met with Ryan at the Gym for lunch, he wanted to run 8 getting ready for Ragner next week so we ran the trail to the dead end and back for 6 miles at a steady 6:45 pace, I normally don't run at lunch so that was the first run in the sun I've done in a long time.  I definately need to do more of those and get used to running hot.  We finished up on the treadmill, I suggested we run the last mile in 6:00, we kept pushing the button up and up and ended up doing it in about 5:45.

You are a stud. :)

Thanks, but I think in the company of many of the other runners on this blog site I am far from "stud" status.
