6:30 am. Met Ryan at Maverik for our normal Saturday loop, we both needed to get home early to get ready for the day so we cut the run a bit short.  14 planned, cold, foggy morning, some pretty slick spots on the road but the JRP trail was clear and nice.  We kept a really good pace going the entire run, especially considering some slick spots to navigate.  We both looked like snowmen when we where done from all the fog stuck to us.

Easy effort for you these days.

It's crazy to me that you call that an easy effort! Nice work!!

From Rob on Sat, Jan 08, 2011 at 19:08:59 from 204.15.86.95

My regular training schedule has 6 different levels of intensity, 1.Recovery 2.General Aerobic 3.Med/Long run 4. Marathon pace 5.Lactate Threshold 6.VO2 max. This log isn't that granular so every thing under Marathon pace falls in the "Easy" category. I would put todays run at level 3. So it wasn't that easy. Running outside is quite a bit different than the treadmill. I'm a lot more sore than I get on the TM today.
