8 miles easy, then 2 mile progression 6:20 avg pace. I think I can maintain 6:18 for a good while. I just may try and find out, maybe the day before Thanksgiving.

Yes it is an invite and so far the run only consists of me and RAD. But we are pretty great company if I do say so myself. The less that show up the more candy for you.
