60 Minutes of elliptical and then I decided to try out the leg, 4km in 30 minutes at 7% incline. That's a whoppin 12min/mile pace. Sweet huh?

i do the same thing when i can't run but still want to get a "run" in -- crazy incline at a slow pace. it's a great workout. when do you get back?

Allie, I finally get to come home on Saturday. This is a very cool place, I wish I could have run while I was here.
How do you stay up until 1:00am and then wake up to go running at 4:30am?
