Decided to swim this morning, I really dread that initial freezing cold plunge into the pool, that .5 seconds of misery is enough to make me not want to swim most mornings. It turned out to be a really great idea, I thoroughly enjoyed my swim, it cleared my mind and my leg feels 97.3% better, still a little bit sore right behind my right knee. Just found out I may be taking a few last minute trips this year before Christmas, first to Sao Paulo Brazil, never been to South America so I'm pretty stoked about that one, and then to Prauge, Czech Republic, sounds cold in December but looks like an awesome place.
