I'm not sure how my running is going to be for the next 2 weeks so I wanted to make sure I got a decent run in this morning. Pushed pretty hard and Riverton Paul said I was limping. Felt OK, but my HR is still about 8 - 10 bpm over what it was 3 weeks ago at the same pace. Sitting at the Airport now waiting to sit on an airplane for 22 hours, in couch. Fun Fun.
