I'm sure I'll get a lot of sympathy from y'all but after my extra day in Brazil laying out by the pool I'm sunburned worse than I've ever been.  Ouch! and then I had to sit on an airplane for 18 hours with a sun burn.

8 progressive miles this morning, and then 4 easy for a cool down, then I had to head to Layton to clean up after Katrina 2.  My poor parents house is a complete disaster.  10 trees total completely blown down, the roof is a mess and needs to be completely re-done.  I'm pretty over whelmed with it all, not sure I'll be able to run tomorrow cause I'll be cleaning up again.

i actually have a lot of sympathy for you -- 18 hours on an airplane with a sunburn sounds terrible. i'm glad you made it through that.

sorry about the damage to your parent's house. that is really sad. it's unbelievable what that wind did.

Thanks Allie, I didn't get much sympathy at all from my wife.

I can't believe how much damage was done, I thought my parents were exaggerating, but it seriously looks like a tornado went through. I really don't understand how their house is still standing.

Working on a house with a sunburn seems like a summer project. That was a wicked storm though. I hope every thing works out all right.
