No, run today but I wish I would have, I woke up at 4:00am and just laid in bed fretting about work and my run tomorrow, sometimes its better to just get up and get moving. Perfect temperatures here in Anaheim, It is so nice to get out of the gunky cold and smog of Utah for a few weeks. I'm sitting in my hotel room now, watching football and wishing I didn't have to go run a race tomorrow, I feel like I'm in good shape, I don't hurt anywhere but I'm just having second thoughts about doing it for some reason. Oh, well, it should be fun, hopefully I will perform well but I keep making up excuses for why I won't already, I need to stop that.
