Not sure if I was just having a bad day or I'm not in as good of shape as I thought I was.  Plan was to run a test tempo run at 6:20 pace.  Started with a 2 mile warmup, then bumped up to 6:30 pace.   I ended up pulling the plug after 1 mile, it just kind of hurt and made me sick so I just slowed down and finished my run at 7:30 pace.  I did do 5 X .1's at sub 5 pace the last mile just to feel better about myself.

Still a solid workout. When your not feeling it I think it is best to pull the plug and not try to force a workout. Good job at being smart.

Thanks, I suspect it may have something to do with the massive amounts of Halloween Candy I've eaten.

How embarrassing. I actually (no joke) had candy corn in my mouth when I read your e-mail.
