Part of me wanted to just swim this morning, the other part of me suffers from a severe case of FRBmia.  The obsessive compulsive urge to post miles on Fastrunningblog at any cost. So I ran, slow, and I enjoyed it, so I'm not complaining.

8 miles in 1:06:55 followed by 30 minutes of weights.

I've been looking at this graph today, and I gotta say it looks pretty "easy"  even that little bump between 20 - 22.  Can someone who recognizes this graph slap some sense into me?

I think I have FRBmia too. I might take a break from the blog so I can get over it. Maybe there is a support group! Nice run, sounds dreamy :)

Nobody leaves the blog, it's grips are too powerful. Ask allie, she tried to leave and that lasted about 2 days.

Sounds lovely! I'll join your support group. I've always wanted to a part of a secret club. :)

That's the Boston marathon elevation graph.
