Part of me wanted to just swim this morning, the other part of me suffers from a severe case of FRBmia. The obsessive compulsive urge to post miles on Fastrunningblog at any cost. So I ran, slow, and I enjoyed it, so I'm not complaining. 8 miles in 1:06:55 followed by 30 minutes of weights. I've been looking at this graph today, and I gotta say it looks pretty "easy" even that little bump between 20 - 22. Can someone who recognizes this graph slap some sense into me?
