Very warm and very windy outside this morning.  I'm not sure why I'm telling you this cause I ran inside on the treadmill.

18 miles in 2:15:00 7:30 flat pace the whole time.

Next time, try to run 18 miles on the treadmill. Oh wait, have you done that yet this week?

Some people might say running 18 miles on a treadmill is boring. Reading about it day after day I'm sure is pure torture.

Maybe I'll mix it up a little tomorrow.

You could have ran with Jake. :)

Just for the record I think you are both completely nuts! 18 mi before work is insane. I guess I'll owe you both those cookies with candy inside!

I'm not sure where 18 came from, I just get these weird things in my head and go with it. Mathmatically 18 doesn't do anything cool.

In spirit I did run with Jake, In spirit I was just as fast too.
