16 miles in 1:50:20 6:53 avg pace. Was kind of planning on doing 18 but I was feeling a bit wrecked, so I stopped. Oddly at mile 3.5 my leg pain just went away and never returned. Still feels good now. Weights and stretching, and then a quick dip in the cold pool after. Driving up to Wyoming tomorrow morning, I hope the storm doesn't hit to hard. |
