5:00 am.  6 on the Elliptical in 52:00.  Think I'll probably just stick to the elliptical this week for all my easy miles,  it definately is easier on my leg.  I'm feeling pretty healthy over all and my leg at the moment feels good.

Finally get to tear down this conference today, and fly home tomorrow.  I've been away to long it will be good to get back home.

Yeah, this time I'll ask you what your name is before the race starts instead of 2 miles into it to find out you're not Allie. :)

I'm pretty nervous for this race for some reason, more so than I have ever been. I think I have set expectations to high.

i am very nervous as well, and i am not sure why. luckily, the nerves seem to dissipate once the race starts -- we just need to make it to that point!

Number 10 is too high a number. :)

And, don't be offended Rob, but Allie doesn't talk much on marathon day until after the race. :)

My buddy told me to wear my number upside down to psych everyone out.

Allie can attest to Paul Petersen's pace chart as well. You can at least review it:

Thanks Paul. I was going to go off the Coarse tool on FRB. But I like this one.
