5:00 am. Still a little bit sore from my 16 minute 5K, and 10 mile Tempo run on Saturday but not as bad as I would have thought I'd be. Did the eliptical trainer for 15 minutes and then ran on the treadmill for an easy 5 miles in 36 minutes, 7:11 pace. Lifted some weights and stretches for a bit and then sat in the hot tub. |
