5:15 am. See, I don't get it, same treadmill and it went the whole 9 miles without resetting once, yesterday I went through 3 treadmills at the same pace. I don't understand, anyway felt pretty good today, progressive run starting at 6:50 pace ending my last mile at 5:52 pace. 9 miles in 57:10 6:21 avg. and then a 1/2 mile cool down. I really wanted to run a Turkey trot on Thursday, more for my kids than myself, my 8 year old has actually been training pretty good, 1 mile on the treadmill almost everyday. He's down to a 9 minute mile average, he could probably do it faster but I'm trying to teach him to pace himself and go out slower. That is a hard concept for a kid.
