90 minutes on the Elliptical at the Sheridan YMCA, then 30 minutes of weights. 

I'm going to not run all week and see how things feel.  If I don't feel any better, well, I guess I'll not run even longer.  I have a couple of work trips to places I really like to run coming up so I need to start feeling better before then.  San Francisco, and Anaheim.

Yes, Rachel they do. We can have a stress fracture swim, and elliptical party and not invite any healthy people.
