even though we do 2+ hours of a workout it just doesn't feel the same as running even for an hour, huh? I'm getting sick of it! We need to have a pity party :)

I am a bit frustrated but not as much as last time, maybe because I'm not specifically training for anything at the moment but I feel like I'm starting to learn my bodys limitations much better. Im excited to start implementing cross training into my normal routine and try not to injure myself next time.

But ill still have a pity party with you. By the way, I ate bacon for breakfast.

I guess that is what ticks me off most about this injury - it wasn't running related. I have been SO good about cutting down mileage and working speed and being good within the limitations of my body so that I wouldn't get injured. Dumb, just dumb.

Bacon huh? I had peanut m&ms :)
