Did my standard 10 minutes of elliptical followed by 6 mile slow progression run, but then I did something wild and crazy.  I was feeling so good I decided to do some sprints, did 5 on 5 off (jogs) for another mile.  Felt good to run fast for just a little bit, this may sound weird but I have been so out of shape I felt like I couldn't get back into shape, I'm finally starting to see some progress, where I can actually push myself a little bit to where I feel like I'm getting a workout at the end.  I think for a while my cardio level was way higher than my body would let me go so I just never felt like I was getting a workout.

For my company work party we play games and the winner in each catagory gets $500 apparently.  The games are Badmittin, Darts, Bull Riding, Foosball, PingPong, Airhockey, Basketball, and Shuffleboard.  I signed up for the AirHockey, let the training begin.  $500 for Christmas will be nice.
