Gotta love a good mid-week med/long run, least favorite day of the week, I hate feeling rushed to get my run in.  Pretty surprised by how low my HR stayed, (with the exception of that crazy spike for the first 1/2 mile)

Took a quick drink and bathroom break at mile 9 for a treadmill reset.

It's an honest distance run Rob and that's what counts. Are you feeling ready for Ogden?

So I'm following the exact same schedule I followed last year getting ready for Ogden, only much faster average pace. I remember limping around complaining how bad I hurt day and night, driving my wife crazy. This year I've really been pleased with how well I recover each day. I Don't think I'm ready for Ogden yet but so far so good.
