Kind of easy day, one thing about it, yes running on the treadmill is boring, but running slow on the treadmill is really boring. I go in telling myself I'll just run an even slow pace but always end up getting faster and faster just to make the time go by.
12 miles in 1:29:00 with 5 x 0.1 mile strides at the end at 13.1,13.2,13.3,13.4,13.5 mph. Do these count as VO2 max when they are only around 30 seconds each. Not sure where they fall in, definately not easy miles.
