Nice early run with Ryan around our standard loop, averaged 7:27 pace for the entire run, which I'm almost positive is a faster average pace than I've ran any distance for at least the last 5 months.  Felt good after finishing an almost 100 mile week followed by a long drive with the family down to Disneyland.  I have to work, they get to play.

Based on when we crossed paths, I'm assuming you guys started out way, way early this morning.

Jeff- Yeah, I had 3 little boys waiting at home for me so we could drive to Disneyland, I'm in Mesquite now.

Holt/Jake- I figured someone could get hurt running 100 miles in one week with no doubles and didn't want to risk it.

The other option was the 101 week, but I thought people might think I was joking. LOL..

99.99...this, I love! Great miles this week Rob. I hope your drive to Disneyland is going well. You are an awesome dad! After a 100 mile, ahem 99.99 mile week I'd have to be DRUG to Disneyland :)
