OK, I've done it.  I've written off Ogden and signed up for UVM yesterday.  Now my training is off 3 weeks I should probably take a week off and then start up again fresh.

12 Mile normal morning progressive run,  I noticed that my HR was about 3-5bpm higher than normal which probably should have made me slow it down a bit, but I didn't,  I just continued to torture my self like I do every day.  :)  It wasn't really that bad, but strange that my HR was high, that was really the only thing out of the ordinary.

Yeah, I found out I will be flying home from Turkey the day of the race. I thought I got home the day before. Actually probably better for me to be in town for 3 weeks before the race instead of being jetlaged.
