So much for my high mileage week, woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. Stuffy, Achy, and just all around yucky. 1 hour on the elliptical, 1/2 hour of weights then hottub and steam room. I feel 100% better now, but glad I didn't push it.

Didn't push it? An hour and a half of exercise? My biggest worry is what I will eat next. I'm glad you feel better.
I am from Lehi too. I just got married and moved to Texas. I miss the Utah mountains but not the Utah cold.
