When I woke up this morning I would have guessed I was feeling about 80%, after my run I've downgraded myself to 70%.  Did my "regular" New Orleans run, out St. Charles, around the Autobahn Zoo by the Mississippi and back.  At the 1/2 way point there is a little park where people go and sit and watch the river, (I guess) and I really had to use the bathroom.  Good news, there was a bathroom, Bad news, it was the most disgusting restroom I have ever been in, and I've been in truck stops in Mississippi.  Anyway, sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do.

Pretty humid this morning, and didn't feel great, but very happy that I was at least finally able to do a normalish run.

Hi Rob,

I like how consistent your running has been in spite of the nasty cold. But just my two cents; Looking at your heart rates and your comments about how you feel before and during your runs, is it possible that maybe some more rest or some modification of the training plan is needed? I hesitate to give my opinion when it's not solicited but I'm seeing some signs of early over training perhaps.

Feel free to give me advice, I'll be the first to admit I have no idea what I'm doing. I just run till it hurts and then I go a little further, so any input from people smarter than me is much appreciated. I think my HR was about 10 bpm higher than normal due to still being a bit sick, I ran the last 1/2 faster than I probably should have cause I looked at my watch and realized I was going to be late for work :)
