What exactly ails you Rob? Sciatic? hammy?

I don't know, that's what is so frustrating. The original injury was a torn Hamstring, then early this year I started slowly running again and my right hip/pelvic area started acting up. I think a big thing now is I'm just out of shape and it's hard to get back into it, but overall from my feet to the hips just kind of ache every time I try to run. Back in the day I would have just pushed through it but I'm scared to death of another year of not running at all again.

That sucks I know what your saying, im battling a mean case of sciatica/upper hamstring issues. Hope things work through for you soon and you get some relief soon.
