Went to the Rec center and there was a sign on the door that said closed until March, not sure how I missed that notice.  So I went to the office and ran on the treadmill there, truthfully it's a nicer treadmill than the Rec Centers which isn't saying much.  I guess I need to rethink my morning routine.

Wow!  I did a lunch run.  I've told myself I'd start doing them a number of times but kept slacking off.  It was a lot easier to convince myself to only run 3 miles.

I don't know what my freakin problem is.  Right hip isn't even on my list of injured body parts but for some reason it's causing the most problems.  Started running, I'm sure I could have worked through it but it wasn't worth it so I went to the elliptical.

Pretty good run today, still stiff in the hips but it worked itself out.  Actually felt pretty smooth and controled, it seems my fitness is coming back slowly, now I just need to work on getting rid of all the extra weight.

I found this video to be very inspiring!
