I'm not used to this running in the cold stuff. 4 easy miles around the neighborhood before heading to the airport.
I told the kids I was going to the capital of California this week, they still think I'm going back to Disneyland.
6 miles on the hotel treadmill here in the Capital of California. Which isn't 'Disneyland', or 'C'.
I opened the door to the gym so it was kind of like I was running outside.
7 miles on the hotel treadmill before heading to the airport to go home.
Back to the office, I think I'm going to go give Golds gym a try next week.
