5:00 am.  Good run today, not to hard but enough to get the blood and legs moving.  Threw in some sprints at the end, it's hard to get accurate splits on short treadmill sprints cause a couple of seconds changes everything.  I did 0.1 mile sprint, 0.1 mile jog x 5. So that's like 160 meter sprints, it takes the treadmill a few seconds to get to speed so I would say ~100 meters are at full speed.

I suppose the times don't matter as much as just getting the legs moving.  13.2 mph - 15 mph.

Rod, thanks for the info the other day. I was just wondering if you could look at my HR on my blog because I have a hard time getting HR up at the pace I am at even with a 0.05% incline. Is this a good indication to increase MP some. Thanks Marlin

Rob, what would be a good HR for a marathon?
