I attempted the Justin Park Scott Keate workout today but quit halfway through the 3rd interval. I have a whole slew of excuses but really I just didn't have it in me today. Maybe I'll try again next week. Tried 11mph on 9 mph off, may have been a bit too aggressive but I had some other issues making that pace un-sustainable other than just not being in good enough shape. 10 miles in 1:11:??, I also was having treadmill issues today, it just died on me twice before I gave up and went to another one.
