Long day today, we finished up our conference last night, went to Cheese Cake Factory for dinner for a final horrah and off to bed for the first decent night sleep in over 1 week. I woke up early and did my final Downtown Disney to Bunny Trail loop, coming back I tried to keep as fast of a pace as I felt I could hold without feeling tight or over extended. Concentrated on staying relaxed. Got back to the hotel, hurried and packed up the car for the 10.5 hour drive back home, made it home safe and am very excited to sleep in my own bed again.
