60 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes of weights in the hotel gym. It was a perfect morning yet again for a run but I decided to give myself a day or 2 break. Shin feels good today, but my calves and quads are sore.

I'm ridiculously sore myself. Might have to resort to some cross training as well.
