Needed a longer run today, I sent Ryan a text last night to see if he was up for a early long run, he said he was up for a later not so long run, so I decided to get an early start get some miles in and then meet up with him.  I ran from my house down to Thanksgiving point and back to the Maverik for an extra 4, I could have got 5 in and should have but o'well.  Met Ryan and we set off at a pretty slow pace, his foot is still causing him pain.  We ran down Main Street Lehi and noticed a runner up ahead, I told Ryan we should try and catch him so we sped up,  as we went on I realized this runner was pretty darn fast cause we were doing close to 6:15 pace and not making up much ground.  Eventually he stopped at a park for a drink and we caught him.  Turned out it was Jeff L from the blog, which I had actually kind of suspected ahead of time due to the speed and the area we were in.  Jeff joined us for about 3 miles out to Willow Park and then split off cause he was already done for the day.  Nice to meet Jeff officially.

Finished off running the JRP trail back to Maverik, Only got 16 instead of the intended 17 but I'm OK with it.

Now off to go GeoCaching with the boys, I've been promising them for weeks and the weather is nice for at least another 3 hours hopefully.

16.1 miles in 2:04:19 7:43 avg pace.

Nice to officially meet you and Ryan today as well. Thanks, for letting me tag along for a bit. That was by far the best part of my run......sorry, for slowing you guys down.
