Wow, I felt amazing today,  I felt like Floyd Landis on Stage 17 of the 2006 Tour De France after a fresh blood transfusion.    But really,  I don't know what was up this morning, I didn't plan on feeling good so I started out slow but the faster I went the better I felt.  Progressive run through 10, but then ended up running the last 5 miles at Marathon pace 6:20.  I didn't wear a HR monitor, or track miles but it felt great.  Marathon pace felt easy, my legs were light, and I was hardly breathing.  Easiest 15 mile run ever.

15 miles in 1:42:57  6:51 avg pace.

Since I know I get the wrong "there" all the time.  This is for Rob Murphy, whom I'm sure I drive crazy with my grammar.

Great run Rob. I want to feel like Landis with a blood infusion. I know I have asked before but could you ever get out for a run before work near our offices?

From Rob on Fri, Mar 01, 2013 at 03:50:27 from 204.15.86.95

Yeah, definitely Fritz. This next week is weird cause I'm staying downtown Salt Lake at the Marriott and not going to the office. But after that I'll be in town for 3 weeks and plan on focusing on training pretty hard. What time of morning are you thinking?

From Fritz on Fri, Mar 01, 2013 at 17:32:25 from 65.116.116.6

I need to be into work by about 8:30...so start time at 6:30 or 7 depending on how far we want to go. You could maybe even convince me to start at 6 if needed.

From Rob on Fri, Mar 01, 2013 at 18:41:24 from 166.137.119.20

Lets plan on the 11th or 12th. 11th is a 10 miler, 12th is a 15. Your choice. Or both if you want.

From Fritz on Mon, Mar 04, 2013 at 17:45:53 from 65.116.116.6

Rob, The 12th will work for me. Start time 6:15?

From Rob on Mon, Mar 04, 2013 at 17:51:17 from 72.254.30.128

Cool, sounds good. Just so you know 6:30 pace isn't "brisk" for me?
