Pretty big workout today, decided to do 6 mile warm up and then 4 X 1 mile repeats with 1/2 mile jog in between. On my second one I decided I better do my fastest repeat on #3 cause I could tell I'd be dead by 4. Goal was to progressivly work up and run it in 5:00 flat. but 0.5 miles into it I found out the hotel treadmill only went to 12 MPH making it impossible to get a 5:00. O'well. workout kicked my butt, but I feel great for doing it now. Distance | Time | Avg Pace

I updated my picture back to a more current "skinny" picture. I noticed that since I had put my fat picture on I started dropping viewers like flies. Don't blame you, it was a terrible picture. I wouldn't want to look at it if I didn't have to either.
