Went to meet my bike group at 5:30 and no one showed up, so I just decided to go it alone.  Did the Big Cottonwood, to Little Cottonwood, Wasatch to DimpleDell loop.  Freezing cold this morning.  I looked forward to uphills just to get warm.

On the way back I passed the group so they started a whole hour late today, probably waiting for it to get warmer.

I made a pace chart for the BigHorn50,  Not sure how accurate it is, it's meant to be more of a guideline.  Google Docs is really stupid cause you can't lock cells like in excel.  It's either all or nothing, so if anyone happens to go look at it please only change the goal time.

Thanks Jake. I really hope I can find some place to run down there.

It worked out pretty well for Andrea - although I'm guessing your work hours will be 90% more insane than hers were

Nice bike ride! I wonder how spin translates to the road? Have fun in brazil, be safe!!

I've heard people say spinning is better cause you peddle the whole time.
