1 hour on the elliptical followed by 30 minutes of light weights. Apparently it doesn't matter how fast or slow you run down a really steep hill for 26 miles, it still hurts the next day. I've decided I want to get back in shape and go back to where I left off, I want to set some PR's. I'm kind of bored with jogging around everywhere, I just need to somehow be smarter this go around and not get myself hurt again. I don't think it's going to happen this week though, I can barely walk up stairs.
