A bit more aggressive progressive run than normal.  Started at 7:00 pace and bumped it up .2 mph every 1/2 mile, ended at 5:20 pace for the final 1/2.  Funny how the Wendys frosty from last night seems to know exactly when I hit 6:00 pace.

 7 miles in 43:10  6:09 avg.

ahhh, how running helps those 'tummy' issues :)

Nice job hitting it hard with the run. I think all of us SGMers that didn't quite end up where we expected to are hitting the ground running (haha) this week, trying to redeem our brains from the places they ended up a couple weeks ago. Well, maybe I'm just speaking for myself :)
