Feeling a little bit sick today, head cold or something so I just kind of ran at a slow cruise control to try and get feeling better.

I finally got in to Dr. Albano today, he went in with his little ultra sound machine (turnes out I'm having a boy) but he said for the most part it looks like the torn muscle is pretty much healed but found a lot of scare tissue and calcium deposits that he suspects are the problem.  He went in with some saline solution to disove the deposits and gave me a local anasthetic to test if that's really the problem.  Miraculously I was instantly healed as soon as I jumped off the table, it's so weird after 7 months of pain to all of a sudden be completely pain free.  I know the anasthetic will wear off in a few hours but there is hope.  He said I definately don't need surgery.

Congratulations on the boy! Hopefully you're healed soon.

Scary tissue can cause a lot of problems :) Sounds like you are on the up and ups!

:). My jokes never go over as well as I think they will. The having a boy comment was because I got an ultra sound. Hopefully we're done having kids.

The joke went over. It was mine that didn't make its way back.

Oh good, at least we're on the same page. My wife was worried rumors were going to start spreading.

I'm happy for you Rob! You'll be out there tearing it up in no time.
